It’s really overwhelming and exciting choosing and imagining your future with you little one when you shop for your baby shower and even now. Its easy to go into shopping mode and I sometimes forget and want to buy everything. I want the best for her and don’t want to spare any expenses. But week-to-week it’s impossible to predict what she needs and even conventional must-haves has changed drastically during shut-down.
Lesson Learned: Only buy what I need now.
My planning and thrifty side wants to get a great deal and buy things off season and during sales like I did pre-baby. But at the end of the day buying things on sale that I’ll never or seldom use won’t be a great deal anyway, and i’ll have to find a place to store it or throw it away.
So reminder to self, RESIST and save to splurge later!
